Key Responsibilities:
1. Basic Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections and simple repairs of machinery, tools, and facilities.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
2. Support Senior Technicians:
- Collaborate with experienced team members on complex maintenance and repair tasks.
- Prepare tools and materials needed for specific maintenance activities.
3. Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols during all activities.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Update supervisors on task progress and completion.
5. Continuous Learning:
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs.




- Stay updated on current maintenance tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a plus).
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 20kg).
- Comfortable working in various environments (e.g., indoors, outdoors, high
