Role Description:
This is a full time on-site role located in Panchkula (Haryana) for the Warehouse Operations Head. We are looking for an experienced Candidate who can manage and supervise the warehouse& daily operations effectively. He will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, ensuring productivity targets are met, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing, planning, organizing, improving and monitoring all warehouse activities.
Efficiently manage both inward and outward Inventory operations.
Ensuring that all customer orders are shipped on time according to company policies and procedures.
Work with accounts and warehouse team for timely processing of all the POs from marketplaces.
Effectively monitors the flow of goods through the inventory management system and
warehouse physical storage.
Manages all aspects of Loss Prevention and adheres to external and internal procedures for theft,
inventory management and operations controls. Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock.
To ensure that the materials are placed as properly stacked to obtain the physical stock at any time of the day with accuracy.
To ensure regular availability of inventory in the store, maintains appropriate level of inventory all the time in the store.
To conduct timely physical counts.
Manage returns and Reverse Logistics (RTO) processes.
Supervise various shop floor operations.
Coordinate with concerned departments for Finished Goods procurement.
Ensure high-quality items are received and stacked appropriately.
Submit daily dispatch reports, order status, and RTO reports.
Tracking performance metrics such as order cycle times, error rates, and customer satisfaction rates to identify areas for improvement.
