We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, FMCG (outlet sales), or food & beverage (outlet sales). The ideal candidate should have robust business acumen and a solid understanding of sales and operations, having managed a team of at least 3-4 people in their current or previous roles.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience in retail/FMCG (outlet sales) or food & beverages (outlet sales).
Experience in handling sales and operations.
Leadership experience managing a team of at least 3-4 people.
Candidates currently in an Acting Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) role will be considered for this SM position.
Age should not exceed 30 years.
