Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Designer / Visualizer to join our creative team for an exciting opportunity in the corporate event industry. As a 3D Designer, you will create visually stunning and engaging designs for corporate events, Activation, and trade shows,. You will collaborate with project managers, and other designers to conceptualize and develop cutting-edge designs that effectively communicate the client & brand and message.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with project managers to understand their requirements, objectives, and brand identity.
· Develop creative concepts and ideas for corporate events, Activation, and exhibition designs, considering factors such as space utilization, traffic flow, branding, and audience engagement.
· Create 3D visualizations, Structuring, renderings, modelling and creating AutoCAD Layout using software tools such as ,3ds Max, Maya, V ray, AutoCAD or similar programs.
· Develop the detailed layout of the proposed setup design for a corporate event, Activation, Exhibition etc




· Design and layout exhibition booths, displays, signage, and interactive experiences to enhance visitor & experience.
· Incorporate lighting, color schemes, textures, and materials to create visually appealing and impactful designs.
· Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary.
· Work closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually enhance the quality of exhibition designs.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines effectively.
· Qualifications:
· Proven experience, a minimum of 5+ years as a 3D Designer / Visualizer, in the corporate events, Activation & exhibition industry.
· Proficiency in 3D modelling, rendering & Creating Layouts using software such as 3ds Max, Maya, V Ray,
