Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager – HR Excellence & Plant HR Coordination
(Can be positioned as Deputy Manager after confirmation / based on experience)

Reporting To

Director – HR Operations (with functional guidance from VP – HR Operations)

Purpose of the Role

The role is designed to build robust capability in HR excellence, data-driven HR, and plant HR coordination. The incumbent will support the Deming Prize application from the HR function, act as a central coordination point for Plant HR initiatives, and provide analytical and execution support to the VP and Director – HR Operations. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, multi-plant HR operations, and structured improvement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deming Prize Support – HR
- Support the Deming Prize application from the HR side under guidance of senior HR leadership.
- Understand Deming Prize / TQM criteria and assist in mapping HR processes, practices, and outcomes.
- Collect, organize, and validate HR data, documents, and evidences from Plant HR and Corporate HR teams.




- Assist in preparation of HR narratives, presentations, and documentation for internal reviews, mock assessments, and evaluations.
- Support gap analysis, action tracking, and closure related to HR processes and Deming readiness.
- Lead TQC and Kaizen initiatives from HR front for establishing a culture of Continuous improvement and TQM

2. Coordination of Plant HR Initiatives
- Act as a coordination point for Plant HR initiatives, programs, and reviews.
- Track progress of ongoing HR initiatives across plants and follow up for timely execution.
- Support rollout of standardized HR processes, formats, and practices across plants.
- Assist in consolidation of best practices and learning from different plants.

3. HR Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile, analyze, and present HR data related to manpower, productivity, attrition, absenteeism, engagement, discipline, and costs.
