We are looking for a proactive AI Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in scripting, DevOps, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will work on executing, maintaining, and optimizing AI-driven automation workflows to improve operational efficiency across MSP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage pre-built automation workflows (ticket triage, user provisioning, reporting, etc.)
- Develop and troubleshoot scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Leverage automation and AI tools like Power Automate, Zapier, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, N8N, and Rewst
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Automation teams to identify and implement automation opportunities Document workflows for clarity, scalability, and repeatability
- Monitor automation performance and ensure quality, optimization, and compliance

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in DevOps, scripting, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell
• Robust understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON




• Experience with predictive lead scoring (Marketing Hub Enterprise feature).

• Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, and Generative AI concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug end-to-end automation workflows
