Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the overall operations of the club, ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities while maintaining the club’s exclusive ethos and long-term objectives.
- Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure that every member and guest enjoys a world-class, personalized experience, upholding the highest standards of service at all times.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage all operational aspects, including F&B;, housekeeping, facilities management, and more, optimizing processes and ensuring profitability.
- Brand Management: Protect and enhance the club’s reputation as a premier destination for elite clientele by introducing innovative offerings and elevating member experiences.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets,



financial reporting, and operational costs, ensuring fiscal responsibility without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in senior operations or hospitality management roles, preferably within luxury or private club environments.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with an elite clientele in a polished, professional manner.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within the hospitality sector.
