Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Industrial Designer to lead our Boutique design vertical with innovative, premium, and futuristic designs in doors, windows, and in-home aesthetics. This role will focus on creating customer-centric, boutique, and futuristic lifestyle design solutions by collaborating with consumers, business teams, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end design, sustainability, and future automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive innovation by developing unique, premium, and futuristic door, window, and interior design concepts.

- Work closely with customers, business teams, and manufacturing to translate market insights into practical, manufacturable designs.

- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and trend forecasting to ensure designs meet high-end user expectations.

- Lead cross-functional collaborations with R&D;, engineering, sales, and marketing to develop high-value, boutique solutions.

- Integrate smart home automation, IoT, and sensor-based innovations into product designs.

- Develop detailed 2D/3D models, renderings, and prototypes to showcase and refine designs.

- Ensure material efficiency, sustainability, and manufacturability in product development, focusing on uPVC, Aluminum, glass, and advanced composites.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and premium design movements to maintain a competitive edge.

- Present concepts and design strategies to senior leadership, business teams, and clients.





- Oversee prototype development and testing to ensure feasibility for mass production while maintaining aesthetic excellence.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 10-12 years in industrial design, product design, or interior design, preferably in doors, windows, or premium interior solutions.

- Collaboration & Leadership: Proven experience working with customers, business teams, and manufacturing to bring innovative concepts to life.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or similar design software.

- Material Expertise: Deep understanding of uPVC, Aluminum, smart glass, composites, and sustainable materials.

- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to engage with luxury and boutique customers to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional designs.

- Prototyping & Manufacturing Knowledge: Experience in 3D printing, CNC machining, extrusion, and fabrication processes.

- Futuristic & Automated Design Mindset: Passion for automation, smart home integration, and next-gen materials.

- Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present design concepts to leadership and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in lifestyle products, home automation, smart technology integration, or high-end interior design.

- Background in parametric and generative design tools for creating cutting-edge, futuristic concepts.

- Solid understanding of luxury market trends and customer preferences
