Job Title: Head of Finance / Finance Lead (Real Estate)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead all financial operations, planning, and compliance functions. The role requires strong real estate industry experience, hands-on financial leadership, and the ability to translate numbers into strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct and manage all financial operations, including cash flow and working capital.

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-term budgeting.

- Oversee preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports.

- Establish and maintain robust budgeting, cost control, and financial governance frameworks.

- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to applicable financial regulations.

- Drive process optimization and financial efficiency across functions.

- Lead, mentor,



and manage the finance team for high performance.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- Mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry.

- Robust expertise in financial statements preparation, analysis, and reporting.

- Solid foundation in finance, budgeting, and financial controls.

- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions.

- Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and audit processes.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
