• Manage deployment of IT infrastructure, including quality control and manufacturing system equipment.

- Administrate helpdesk operations for day-to-day hardware, software, network, CCTV surveillance, and attendance system queries.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of ERP/HRMS systems and other software.
- Implement and maintain IT security solutions such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure technical controls across servers, operating systems, networks, and standalone systems.
- Deploy IT/OT networking segregation, especially for operating systems and SCADA systems.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for the deployment of IT infrastructure and security components.
- Develop and deploy IT SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
