Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Gynecologist to join our healthcare team. This role is perfect for a recent postgraduate graduate with a strong foundation in women’s health and a dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The Gynecologist will deliver comprehensive gynecological and obstetric services, including preventive screenings, routine and emergency deliveries, and a wide range of surgical procedures.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, empathetic, and committed to clinical excellence and continuous learning in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears and colposcopy, for early detection of reproductive health issues.

- Perform and interpret ultrasound (USG) scans for diagnosis and monitoring of gynecological conditions.

- Provide safe and effective care during normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.

- Carry out minimally invasive and open surgical procedures such as laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, D&C;, LEEP, hysterectomy, myomectomy, oophorectomy, tubal ligation, and pelvic floor repair.

- Manage benign and malignant gynecological conditions including fibroids, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis using medical and surgical approaches.

- Support infertility evaluation and management, including coordination with IVF and assisted reproductive technologies.





- Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and ensure adherence to institutional and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.

- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, family planning, and post-operative recovery.

- Stay updated on advancements in gynecological medicine and surgical techniques through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS in OBGYN) or equivalent.

- Valid registration with the National Medical Council (NMC) and eligibility to practice in India.

- Proven proficiency in:
- Ultrasound (USG)

- Dilation and Curettage (D&C;)

- LEEP

- Hysterectomy and Myomectomy

- Oophorectomy and Tubal Ligation

- Pelvic Floor Repair

- Normal vaginal delivery and cesarean section

- Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy

- Fibroid and cyst surgery

- Infertility management (including IVF coordination)

- Pap smear and colposcopy

- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage routine and emergency gynecological cases.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and lifelong learning.

- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital documentation.
