We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who blends creative storytelling with executional excellence. You’ll be crafting content that powers brand awareness, sales, and thought leadership—from writing podcast scripts to creating sales decks, editing videos, and launching email campaigns.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who’s a self-starter, highly motivated, and eager to roll up their sleeves. You’ll collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams, but will also be expected to take initiative and drive projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Podcast Content: Write scripts, outline episode flows, and coordinate with internal/external hosts.

- Sales Enablement: Develop and update pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers for client presentations.

- Thought Leadership: Draft and edit long-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, and research-backed content that showcases our expertise.

- Video Editing: Repurpose existing content into reels, shorts, and explainer videos using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.

- Email Marketing: Own the email strategy—write, design, and track performance for newsletters, drip campaigns, and announcements.

- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage content-led campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and partner platforms.

- Performance & Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Analytics to understand what’s working—and iterate fast.

- Collaboration:



Work closely with designers, sales, and leadership to align messaging and tone across channels.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, content strategy, or similar roles—preferably in B2B, tech, or design-led companies.

- A strong portfolio spanning copywriting, content marketing, video editing, and campaign execution.

- Experience with tools like Canva, Notion, Figma, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and basic video editing platforms.

- Robust sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

- Ability to use AI in order to deliver high quality work.

- A natural storyteller with a strategic, metrics-driven mindset.

- Familiarity with SEO, content distribution, and lead-gen funnels is a big plus.

- Bonus: Experience managing podcast production, or designing social media creatives.
