Job Title: Growth Intern – HR Solutions

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people and wants to build a career in Business Development, Client Success, and HR Technology?

We are looking for enthusiastic Growth Interns to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales, HR advisory services, client engagement, and HRTech solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Conduct introductory discussions with HR Heads, Founders, and Business Owners
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Support client success and relationship management activities
- Research high-growth companies and identify new business opportunities
- Learn about HR processes, HRTech platforms, and consulting solutions





Who Can Apply?

- BBA, B.Com, BA, BBM, or any Graduate (2024–2026 batch preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Client Success, or HRTech
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
