Responsibilities

- Design, build, and manage automated workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.





- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for process optimization, marketing automation, and data analysis.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to scope and deploy scalable, tech-driven solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow failures, ensuring high uptime and efficiency.

- Leverage a first-principles thinking approach to solve complex operational and growth challenges.

Requirements

- Demonstrable experience setting up complex workflows with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, etc.).

- Background in growth, product management, or e-commerce, with measurable success in scaling processes.

- Comfort with data handling, APIs, and basic scripting or coding is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.

- No formal degree required; portfolio of successful automations and growth projects is highly regarded.
