1.Requirement Management - 50%
Lead the preparation and participation of requirements gathering workshops for ReSourcePro’s technical solution development including processes, decision criteria, user requirements, and business goals. Take the responsibility to document and support the implementation phase.
2. Solution Proposal - 30%
Work in collaboration with the various Technology internal teams (Software Architects, Database Administrators, Developers, and management team) to help guide the client to a solution that will meet the requirements while aiming to stay within the boundaries of the project timeline, budget and technical solution complexity.
Work with internal clients to establish methods and metrics for measuring the ‘before’ and ‘after’ performance of the technical solution.
3. Project Implementation - 20%
Support the implementation of any recent technical system by taking an active role in leading the change management process, creation of any needed training materials, and migration of any required historical data
