Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in German Payroll configuration and implementation to join our agile team at Zalaris. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in SAP HCM with a focus on German statutory requirements and payroll processing.

Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) aligned with German legal requirements and customer specifications.
- Lead or support end-to-end payroll implementations for German entities.
- Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve any functional issues.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and offer scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams for seamless integration with other modules (PA, OM, Time Management, etc.).
- Provide post-go-live support and process optimization.
- Document functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
