- Picking incidents from service now related dynamics 365 and resolving them.
- Monitoring azure synapse pipeline . if any failure need to work on fixing them.
- Need to create the bug/user stories for the issues reported.
- Access management.
- Bulk data loads on entities
- Need to engage Microsoft support if it is a product issue.
- Reviewing access in azure active directory.
- Fixing the bugs related to dynamics 365
