We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own design end-to-end and confidently represent design in client and stakeholder conversations. This role goes beyond execution—you’ll collaborate directly with clients, understand business context, and translate discussions into clear, impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery to final delivery
• Participate in and lead client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and design reviews
• Gather requirements directly from clients, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Translate business goals and client feedback into user-centric design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
• Ensure design consistency through design systems and reusable components
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams for smooth implementation
• Present design rationale clearly and handle feedback constructively
• Mentor junior designers and elevate overall design quality

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder communication
• Robust portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI craft, and problem-solving
• Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Ability to independently manage design tasks and timelines
• Clear, confident communicator—both verbal and written
