tech/Recruitment firm/Consultancy.
Salary: 3-6 Lpa fixed + variables +TA

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in the HR tech industry. As a Inside
Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients, generate leads,
and build relationships with clients.
You will work closely with other teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently, and sales
targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of hiring fresher candidates and how their hiring needs can be fulfilled.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as recruitment and marketing, to ensure that client needs are met efficiently.
