Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Australian accounting and taxation processes.
- Manage end-to-end taxation requirements for clients, including preparation and lodgment of tax returns with relevant authorities.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and tax returns.
- Review and finalize accounts with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 professionals, ensuring effective task allocation and performance.
- Collaborate efficiently within a team setting.




- Support team development through training, mentoring, and assisting other teams when required.
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, deadlines, and priorities.
- Communicate and liaise with international clients and regulatory authorities as necessary.

Requirements
- Education: CA Qualified
- Experience: Prior experience in Australian accounting is mandatory
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
