Qualifications
Educational Background:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Computer/Instrumentation or related
- M.E./M.Tech./MS preferred for advanced roles; PhD a plus for R&D;
Work Experience:
- 8+ years in Li-ion cell design/formulation or close collaboration with cell OEMs
- Cell qualification & failure analysis
