Position Overview: The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the reach of Sleepy Owl Coffee products within the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and building lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, a strong understanding of general trade, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and businesses within the assigned territory. Utilize market research to pinpoint current business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Present and demonstrate Sleepy Owl Coffee products to prospective clients. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration.
- General Trade Management: Manage and develop relationships within the general trade sector,



ensuring widespread availability and visibility of Sleepy Owl Coffee products. Work closely with distributors and retailers to optimize product placement and sales performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and goals. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
- Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive information to inform product development and sales strategies.
