Role description:

Associate Technical Director – Structures

We are seeking to recruit an Associate Technical Director for our growing team in India to work alongside our United States (US) counterparts for the technical delivery of structural designs for Transportation projects. The individual shall be conversant with US standards such as those of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and multiple state Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations with expertise in the Design-Build Setting. It is desirable that the candidate hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the US, preferably from the states of Georgia, Florida,



and/or Tennessee.

Role Accountabilities:

The role involves managing and supporting the pursuit of business opportunities and the successful execution of projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical competencies; exposure to US Mobility (Transportation) projects; strategic thinking, people management, and project management skills; and a deep understanding of the project delivery process. The candidate must manage existing teams and is expected to be involved in developing the teams in terms of competency and capacity to cater to the increased demand from the US. The candidate in this role is expected to achieve all expectations of project delivery in terms of quality, schedule, budget, and value addition.
