Job Purpose
Operation and Maintenance for Transport Optical network uptime and service quality.
Expansion of DWDM Network.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Maintain Network Up time & Link Uptime - 99.99%
- Transmission KPI monitoring & relevant actions with other stake holders
- Ensure proactive solution implementation with coordination with all stake holders to avoid network outages (P1 to P5)
- Carrying out daily TX field observation in co-ordination with all stake holders.
- Network fault analysis & escalations to take solution from OEM
- Publishing Network elements health check up to respective stake holders.
- MS governance based on SLA
- Co-ordination with commercial, finance & OEM's for PR/PO, invoice & ensure payment
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Knowledge of TX technologies – SDH, MW, Optical, DWDM, IP
- Hands on working knowledge on below OEM's:
- Huawei OSN, ECI BG, XDM, NPT, DWDM Technologies, Nokia / Ericsson / Huawei MW,
- Team management, communication & presentat
