Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation
- Support client projects across healthcare strategy, transformation, and analytics
- Contribute to assessments, benchmarking, problem solving, and opportunity identification
- Help develop business cases, operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Support initiatives across operations, technology,



and governance in healthcare settings

Value-Based Care & Payment Models
- Support the design of healthcare financing and value-based care models
- Analyze trade-offs across cost, quality, access, and stakeholder incentives
- Contribute to frameworks for provider performance, reimbursement, and population health management

Analytics & Insights
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Work with healthcare data to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities
- Turn analysis into clear recommendations and client-ready materials

Operations & Improvement
- Support reviews of clinical and administrative workflows
- Identify improvement opportunities in cost, utilization, efficiency, and quality
- Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives

Client Collaboration
- Work with client stakeholders and internal teams across the project lifecycle
