Position: Junior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer with skills in graphic design and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will assist in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communication. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and animation who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design digital and print assets such as social media creatives, banners, posters, presentations, and marketing collateral.

· Create motion graphics and video content for campaigns, product demos, explainers, and promotional materials.

· Edit and enhance raw video footage (basic trimming, transitions, subtitles, color correction).

· Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.

· Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

· Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns and content marketing.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· 0-4 years of relevant work experience (freshers with robust portfolios are welcome).

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).

· Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

· Strong interest in UI design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

· Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Have (Optional)

· Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

· Familiarity with social media trends and content formats (Reels, Shorts, GIFs).
