Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a creative, talented, and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team. As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating effective, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative designs that meet

our marketing needs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop graphics for our website, social media, print material, and other mediums. This position requires a combination of creativity, technical

skills, and a strong understanding of current design trends.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design visually compelling assets for relevant marketing channels such as social media, website, email, prints, etc.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project scope and objectives.

- Work with brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce our brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

- Review graphics, layouts, and fonts before designs are completed.

- Utilize graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.

- Creating 360 degree tours, customizing them as per requirements.

- Create VR, AR, MR Contents and develop new product line for the company

- Research and Development for any new opportunities

- 3D Render for Architecture, Interiors

- Create immersive content

- Animation

- New development for any future requirement

- Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

- Evaluate trends, assess current data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.





- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.

- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.

- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements.

- Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites and other distribution channels –Graphics, Written, Case Studies, Presentations, Flyers, Brochures, Posters, etc

- Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.

- Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results

- Create contents based on Ad Guidelines

- Requirements

Requirements:

- Certification in Graphic Design or related field.

- A minimum of 1 years of experience in graphic designing.

- Strong portfolio of design work, showing the solution to business problems through effective design.

- Proficient in design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other industry standard tools.

- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present your designs effectively and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

- Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.

- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with animation or motion graphics.

- Experience in web design.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Wordpress.

- Experience with video editing software.
