- Create compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communication

- Translate campaign briefs into robust visual concepts, layouts, and directions

- Assist in developing key visuals (KVs), mood boards, and overall design systems

- Apply strong fundamentals of typography, grids, color, and visual hierarchy

- Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and internal teams

- Adapt and scale creatives across multiple formats (ads, banners, posts, etc.)

- Contribute to campaign ideation and brainstorming discussions

- Stay updated with design trends, cultural context, and advertising best practices

- Experiment with AI tools to enhance ideation, design efficiency, and output quality

Requirements





- 1–1.5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency

- Design graduate (BFA / B.Des or relevant degree in design/visual arts)

- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based and concept-driven work

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Working knowledge of tools like After Effects, Figma, or Premiere Pro is a plus

- Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Magnific AI (Freepik), ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Attention to detail with the ability to take ownership of tasks and timelines
