Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative execution and elevate Beco's visual identity. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, ownership of design projects, and the ability to drive brand storytelling across platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of creative campaigns Develop and maintain robust visual identity and brand consistency Conceptualize innovative design solutions aligned with marketing goals Oversee and evolve brand guidelines across channels Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams.

Skills RequiredStrong expertise in typography, color theory, layout,



and visual hierarchy Ability to conceptualize and lead creative campaigns Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual identity systems Experience in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field Master's degree or specialized certification is a plus (not mandatory) Strong portfolio is essential; candidates without formal degrees can be considered based on experience.
