JOB PROFILE:-

 Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

 Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and strategic decision-making.

 Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessment to support business goals.





 Handle audits, statutory payments, and compliance with regulatory standards.

 Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and financial systems.

 Develop and enforce finance policies and drive process improvements.

 Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights for stakeholders.

 Mentor and guide the finance team to build capabilities and ensure performance.

 Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.

 Preferred experience in manufacturing industries, with furniture manufacturing as an added advantage.
