Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets for TMT bars while ensuring strict quality control to minimize defects and reworks.
- Manage the entire production cycle, including Induction Furnace (SMS), Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), and Rolling Mill operations.
- Monitor raw material consumption (sponge iron, scrap, ferroalloys) and manage inventory levels to prevent bottlenecks.
- Focus on reducing operational costs (conversion cost, power consumption) to enhance profitability.
- Oversee plant maintenance scheduling (preventive and breakdown) for machinery.
- Overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years in operations management,



with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience as a GM, Department Head, or similar executive role is critical.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams to boost performance and build a positive culture.
- Must have prior experience into TMT Bars/ Iron & Sponge/ Steel fabrication/casting
- Preference will be given to candidate residing in Durgapur
- Looking for an immediate joiner.
- Applicant have to stay in the factory
