Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented International Sales Executive to generate and develop new business opportunities for our US and European clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals in the international market.
Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Leverage lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo.io) to identify new opportunities.

Follow up on leads promptly and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.

Research potential clients and prepare impactful sales presentations.

Assist in drafting sales proposals and contracts.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities,
client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.

Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs.

Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages.

Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to client inquiries and concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Track and report key sales metrics to ensure performance targets are met.

Uphold a qualified and positive image of the company in all interactions.
Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred).

Experience: 1.5 – 3 years in international sales and marketing, preferably in the US or Europe region.

Proven success in new business development, account management, and lead generation.

Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills in Englis
