Accountabilities:




- Enterprise Data Operations Leadership: Lead a global/ regional organization of service delivery and Data Office roles to deliver to the highest standard, aligned to global processes and controls.
- High-Performance Culture and People Leadership: Build leadership strength within the team, raise engagement, and provide focused coaching; manage performance and enable growth and career progression for diverse talent.
- Stakeholder Partnership and One Team: Forge robust relationships across GBS, Marketing Companies, IT and other functions; role-model a One Team mentality to align priorities and unlock enterprise value.
- Service Excellence and Measurement: Design and refine meaningful KPIs for transparency, excellent service delivery and chargeback where required; ensure service levels meet or exceed agreed performance standards; embed a customer service culture.
