Billing Product Manager Associate
The Billing Product team drives the strategy and optimization of billing capabilities. This role is responsible for managing and evolving scalable, well-governed end-to-end billing capabilities, delivering meaningful impact for clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include enabling new commercial billing strategies and ensuring robust controls and governance. Candidates must have experience in the financial services or banking industry.
Strong knowledge of billing, payments, channels, or transaction banking is highly preferred. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to deliver client-centric capabilities that meet commercial and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Execution: Define and execute a product roadmap for scalable and automated billing capabilities.
- Strategy Formulation: Assess client & user needs, market trends, and competitive disruptions to identify opportunities and shape the billing product strategy.
- Agile Delivery: Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies to establish team cadence, promote transparency, and drive iterative delivery.
- Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end delivery for key offerings (business case, requirements, testing, go-to-market, commercialization, and ongoing lifecycle managem
