Job Purpose: The Lead - Projects Transmission Line (Site)-Tx is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of high-voltage (765/400 kV) transmission line projects, meeting productivity targets within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is responsible for driving efficient site operations through effective team management, proactive planning, and quality control, while upholding stringent safety protocols to achieve a zero-harm work environment. The Projects TL Lead (Site) works closely with contractors, vendors, and local authorities to resolve challenges, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize project costs
