• Manage the maintenance team to ensure machine availability in each shift. Effectively resolve maintenance issues and manage small improvement projects
• Adhere to daily and weekly PM checks to ensure smooth operation of site
• Ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out. Track, plan and carry out missed maintenance activities.

Predict Spares requirement, Manage and maintain stock of essential spares
Relationship Management:
• Work as part of the Plant Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting, and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements
• Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained
