Job Overview:

The Generative AI Creator will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI applications that enhance content creation, storytelling, and artistic expression. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of AI technologies to produce innovative content and solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- AI Content Creation: Develop and implement generative AI models to create content, including text, images, audio, and video, that aligns with project goals and brand guidelines
- Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Train and fine-tune generative models (e.g., GPT, GANs) to produce high-quality, relevant outputs tailored to specific applications and audiences
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with creative teams, designers, and developers to integrate AI-generated content into various projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall strategy
- Exploration of AI Technologies: Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and explore recent generative tools, frameworks,



and techniques to enhance creative capabilities
- Performance Evaluation: Analyze the performance of AI-generated content, gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve quality, relevance, and user engagement
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation on AI processes, model performance, and best practices, providing insights to stakeholders on the potential of generative AI

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Art, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in working with generative AI models or similar technologies, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of generative models, natural language processing, and image/video synthesis
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
