Job Title: ERP Software Implementer / Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated ERP Functional Consultants with strong process understanding in Materials Management / Supply Chain and Accounts / Taxation. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business processes and map them to the ERP system.

- Conduct GAP analysis, documentation, and propose feasible solutions.

- Implement and support ERP modules across multiple departments.

- Configure client data as per business requirements.

- Facilitate functional testing, data migration, and master data validation.

- Provide Go-Live and Post-Go-Live support.

- Deliver end-user and key-user training sessions.

- Perform case log studies and identify improvement opportunities.

- Plan and manage reporting and consolidation for group companies.

- Adjust business processes where necessary to align with ERP best practices.

- Collaborate with technical consultants, implementation teams, and client core teams.





- Maintain professional communication and presentation during client interactions.

- Travel onsite for training, implementation, and support when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation and support experience.

- Must have successfully implemented at least 2 ERP systems.

- Strong understanding of functional processes and business workflows.

- Proficient in Finance, Materials Management, and Statutory Compliance.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel onsite as per project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in ERP implementation or consulting within the Real Estate or Infrastructure domain.

- Exposure to ERP sales or pre-implementation consulting will be an added advantage.
