Mandatory Requirement:

- Robust hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using Node.js and/or Python for backend development, along with React/Next.js and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Demonstrable experience in AI-driven development, including integration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and regular use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
- Solid experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices, including Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment of scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Background in fintech, trading platforms, or real-time data systems.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Back-End Development: Design and develop scalable web applications and APIs using Node.js, Python, or equivalent server-side frameworks.
- Front-End Development: Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
- Database Architecture: Design and manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), and graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) based on application requirements.
- AI Integration & Tooling: Integrate AI/ML models and LLM-based features into applications; use AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to boost productivity and code quality.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM); design for high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- DevOps & Containerization:



Containerize applications with Docker; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Real-Time & Messaging: Architect event-driven and real-time systems using Redis (caching, pub/sub), Apache Kafka (stream processing), and MQTT (IoT / lightweight messaging).
- Quality & Collaboration: Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; participate actively in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or Python (or a comparable back-end language like Go, Rust, or Java).
- Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL stores (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis), and at least basic familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune).
- Practical experience with Docker for containerization and familiarity with container orchestration concepts (Docker Compose, Kubernetes basics).
- Hands-on experience with Redis (caching, queues), Apache Kafka (event streaming), and/or MQTT for messaging and IoT workloads.
- Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns; ability to design, deploy, and monitor infrastructure on AWS.
- Demonstrable experience working with AI tools — whether integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), building RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or using AI coding assistants in daily workflows.

Qualification and Experience:

- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Background in fintech, trading platforms, or real-time data systems.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a visible technical portfolio (GitHub, blog, talks).
- Understanding of security best practices (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API gateway patterns, secrets management).
- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, SQS/SNS).
