We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our global HR technology team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can support and enhance HR systems, improve business processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver reliable reporting and insights across the employee lifecycle.



The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR operations, systems support, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement.

Based in India, this position is intended for a high-caliber analyst who can operate effectively in a quick-paced, global environment and partner with stakeholders across multiple regions. Reporting to the Manager of Global HRIS Services, this role will support day-to-day HRIS operations, contribute to ongoing enhancements and process improvements, and work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to help deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet evolving business needs.
