Description
As the Principal Business Systems Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and develop technology solutions to meet those requirements. You will conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.

You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and you’ll work out of our Bengaluru, Karnataka location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality. Your solid analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.

The business provides advanced process technologies, digital solutions, and domain expertise to help customers optimize energy usage, reduce emissions, and support sustainable operations across industrial and energy markets.
As a Principle IT Analyst – Projects Business Model in PT, you will ensure that our SAP S/4 project execution solutions effectively support the delivery of complex, customer‑facing capital projects. You will work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to understand execution requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant SAP S/4 solutions.
