Roles and Responsibilities 01
- Manage and supervise the mechanical construction of crude oil tankages using the jacking method from project initiation through to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and requirements during the construction phase.
- Lead and coordinate activities of mechanical engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and deadlines effectively.
- Monitor project progress, procurement activities, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work setting among project teams and stakeholders.
