About the Role
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development within digital marketing, IT services, or technology-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients across target industries and geographies.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and identify potential opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales consultants.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities,



and market developments to improve prospecting strategies.
- Consistently achieve lead generation, meeting booking, and pipeline growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, sales development, or business development.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Services sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Robust research, prospecting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
