Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytically minded IP qualified to join our team as an IP Analyst for Technology & Insights. In this role, you will be at the intersection of intellectual property, technology, and business strategy. You will leverage your deep expertise in patent analysis, augmented by modern data and AI tools, to deliver actionable intelligence that guides our R&D;, legal, and business decisions. You are a strategic partner who transforms IP data into a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
IP Analytics & Strategic Insights:




- Conduct comprehensive patent landscape, whitespace, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses to identify innovation trends, partnership opportunities, and potential risks.
- Analyze competitor patent portfolios to deliver strategic intelligence, mapping their R&D; focus and predicting future product direction.
- Utilize advanced search methodologies, including semantic and concept-based searching, to perform complex prior art and validity/invalidity investigations.
- Collaborate with IP attorneys and R&D; teams to interpret analytical results, providing data-driven recommendations for IP strategy and risk mitigation.
- Design and build interactive dashboards (e.g., in Tableau/Power BI) to allow stakeholders to explore IP intelligence in real-time.
