Job Title: Frontend-Focused Full Stack Developer

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location- Hyderabad (2 pm-10 pm) 2-3 hours of overlap with US hours

Working model- Monday WFH + Tuesday to Friday WFO

Theom is defining the future of cloud data security/governance. We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to design and build key components of our AI-driven data security platform. In this role, you will move beyond legacy maintenance to engineer high-scale, distributed systems that protect sensitive enterprise data across the world’s largest cloud environments.

You will join a high-caliber team of industry veterans (from places like Google, Amazon, Cisco) and engineers in a fast-paced environment where innovation is the standard. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer- Frontend Focused who is passionate about building intuitive, high-quality user experiences. This role will primarily focus on frontend development while also contributing to backend services when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern SPA frameworks
- Translate product and design requirements into clean, scalable frontend architecture
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams
- Contribute to backend development (APIs, integrations) using Python when needed




- Debug issues and ensure a seamless user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Deep hands-on experience with React, Vue, or Angular (React preferred if applicable)
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Experience with API integration and asynchronous programming
- Working knowledge of Python (backend basics, API development)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong design sense / aesthetic taste and attention to UI details
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
- Familiarity with frontend performance tools and testing frameworks
- Exposure to cloud environments or CI/CD pipelines
