About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and presenting insights clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy
- Use statistical techniques to interpret results
- Automate data processes where possible
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced)
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying
- Basic knowledge of Python or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Knowledge of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools
- Understanding of statistics and data modeling
- Internship or project experience in data analysis
