Job Summary:

Inspiria Knowledge Campus is seeking an experienced and self-driven Legal Executive to oversee all legal and compliance matters within the institution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate law, a practical understanding of the POSH Act, and the ability to manage legal operations independently, ensuring full compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

Requirements
- Educational Qualification: BA LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Corporate Law, legal compliance, or an in-house counsel role.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate and labour laws, and working familiarity with the POSH Act.
- Solid legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle legal matters independently.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.




- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard organizational interests.
- Advise management on corporate law matters, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and interpret new laws, amendments, and court rulings relevant to the organizationâs operations.
- Liaise and negotiate with external legal counsel, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement and maintain internal legal processes, documentation systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on legal topics, including the POSH Act and workplace ethics.
