Job Summary:
The Inbound Domestic Operations Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all domestic travel-related operations. This includes coordinating with suppliers, handling reservations, managing itineraries, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and resolving operational challenges. The role demands a strong understanding of the domestic travel market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Itinerary Planning & Execution:
- Design and execute tailor-made itineraries for domestic travelers based on customer preferences.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and transport companies to ensure smooth operation of tours.
- Reservations Management:
- Handle bookings for accommodation, transportation, activities,
and other travel services.
- Ensure all bookings are accurately confirmed and documented in the system.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic suppliers.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services.
- Customer Support:
- Provide pre-trip and on-trip assistance to customers, addressing any issues or special requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor the quality of services provided by suppliers and take corrective action when necessary.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service delivery.
- Problem Solving:
- Resolve any operational issues that may arise during the travel process, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer's experience.
