Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an AWS Program Manager to oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-related programs leveraging AWS services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of AWS initiatives, from initial concept through to completion, while maintaining a solid focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end AWS cloud programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Lead cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed program plans, set timelines, define resource requirements, and manage the execution of the plan, ensuring the timely delivery of AWS solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:



Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage program risks, including technical, operational, and resource risks. Proactively address potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and implementing best practices for AWS program management.
- Resource & Budget Management: Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and team capacity to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular program status reports, presentations, and executive-level updates for stakeholders. Maintain detailed program documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and
