Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai
Experience : 3 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues
- Investigate and analyze complex problems, implementing effective solutions
- Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to escalate and resolve issues
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding support issues
- Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for recurring problems
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in on-call support rotation and handle critical incidents
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and escalations
- Conduct regular system monitoring and performance optimization
- Participate in application deployment and release management processes
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends relevant to application support
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior support staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system and application performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures
- Adhere to SLAs and KPIs related to application support and incident management
